By purchasing tickets and/or participating in the Fogbelt Classic Golf Tournament, you are agreeing to this release of liability and media release:
Sonoma County Regional Parks Foundation Agreement & Release of Liability and Media Release
As a participant in the Fogbelt Classic Golf Tournament, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Sonoma County Regional Parks Foundation, Fogbelt Brewing Company, and Windsor Golf Club (collectively, “the Released Parties”) from all liability, including liability arising from theft or any act of negligence or want of ordinary care on the part of the Released Parties, their directors, officers, agents, members, representatives, employees, volunteers, and assigns, for any and all claims of such liability, including claims relating to injury or damage from any cause whatsoever to me or my property arising out of my participation. This agreement is binding upon my executors, heirs, and assigns.
I further agree that I will indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties, their directors, officers, agents, members, representatives, employees, volunteers, and assigns against all claims, demands, and causes of action, including court costs and actual attorney fees, arising from any proceeding or lawsuits brought by me or prosecuted for my benefit, relating to the subject of this release. I further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and release the Released Parties from and against any actions, claims, damages, liabilities, disabilities, or expenses, including court costs and actual attorney fees, that may be asserted by any person or entity, that arise out of, pertain to, or relate to my participation in this program.
Assumption of Risk & Golf Cart Operation
I understand that golf and its associated activities are inherently dangerous and I expressly assume the risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in the Fogbelt Golf Classic Tournament, including, but not limited to, being struck by golf balls or clubs, slips and falls, and the operation of motorized equipment.
Specifically regarding the use of golf carts, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photographs and video from this outing/event may be used for future publication and/or promotion. I agree to permit the Sonoma County Regional Parks Foundation and Fogbelt Brewing Company to use the photograph(s) and/or video footage for such purposes.

- I attest that I am of legal age to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- I understand that the operation of a golf cart involves inherent risks, including the potential for collisions, rollovers, and ejections which can result in serious injury or death.
- I agree to operate the golf cart in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all course rules and safety signage.
- I accept full financial responsibility for any damage to the golf cart or golf course property caused by my operation of the vehicle.
Media Release
