​Sonoma County is home to one of the most diverse park systems in California – spanning cities, suburbs, valleys, mountains, rivers and ocean – with open space conservation land, developed trails, skate parks, tennis courts, sports fields, playgrounds, beaches, picnic areas, marinas and campgrounds.

The Sonoma County Parks Foundation helps sponsor park programs for underserved communities, seniors and youth; supports the development of environmental education programs; funds natural resources projects to restore habitats and protect wildlife; provides financial support to develop new parks and trails; and hosts popular community events, such as the Spring Lake Water Bark.

OUR MISSION
The Sonoma County Regional Parks Foundation raises funds, fosters partnerships and advocates on behalf of Sonoma County Regional Parks. We are an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports programs and projects at 60+ Sonoma County parks and trails, including popular destinations like Spring Lake, Doran Beach, Sonoma Valley, Ragle Ranch, Foothill Regional Park, Tolay Lake Regional Park and more.
