Spring Lake Photo Contest

The Spring Lake 50th Anniversary Photo Contest
Cash Prizes for Adults and Youth!

Beginning May 1 through July 15, 2023, the Sonoma County Parks Foundation will launch an online photography contest as part of the celebration of the Spring Lake Regional Park 50th Anniversary. Any individual, regardless of experience, can submit photos of Spring Lake’s scenery, wildlife, dogs (on leash) or horses enjoying the park.

The contest is a fundraiser for the Parks Foundation, and each entry costs $10.

Winners will be determined by popular vote. Anyone can vote, and votes may be purchased for $1 each, with a minimum purchase of 10 votes. Promote it on your social media, and help raise funds for the Parks Foundation!  Photos can be submitted, and voting will take place, from May 1 through July 15, 2023, when the top 10 adult finalists and top 10 youth finalists will be identified. Voting will start over on July 16, with the public voting to select the top three adult and youth entries.

  • First Place -- $500 and a picnic table sponsorship at Spring Lake Regional Park (valued at $3,000)
  • Second Place -- $250
